Effective: 2026. rm15 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
By registering an account or using any services provided by rm15, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to register or continue using the rm15 platform.
To register and use the rm15 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Registering an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited. Each individual may only hold one active account on rm15.
You are solely responsible for keeping your rm15 username and password confidential. rm15 will never ask for your password via email or live chat under any circumstances. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, unless you have promptly notified us in writing of account theft. You must inform rm15 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
All information you provide during registration and throughout the identity verification process must be accurate and up to date. rm15 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to provide accurate information or to submit requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.
Rm15 users agree not to engage in any of the following while using the platform:
All financial transactions on the rm15 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). rm15 accepts deposits via local payment methods including DuitNow and GrabPay. Deposits are credited to your account as soon as the transaction is confirmed by our payment processor.
For fund withdrawals, rm15 will process eligible requests within the timeframe stated at the time of the request. All withdrawals are subject to completed identity verification and compliance with applicable rollover requirements if bonus funds are held in the account. rm15 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there are account security concerns or outstanding identity verification.
Rm15 is not responsible for any payment delays caused by third parties such as banking institutions or payment processors. Any applicable service charges, if any, will be clearly disclosed before a transaction is confirmed.
Rm15 is not liable for any financial loss, service disruption, or data damage arising from use of the platform, except where directly caused by rm15's own negligence. Services are provided on an "as is" basis without any implied warranties. rm15's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content on the rm15 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of rm15 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, publicly display, or modify any rm15 content without prior written permission. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
The rm15 platform may contain references or links to third-party services, such as payment processors. rm15 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are advised to read the relevant terms and privacy policies of those third parties separately before using their services.
Rm15 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user's account without prior notice if:
Rm15 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of rm15 following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
